 THELMA RUFFIN THOMAS has told stories in the USA, Tanzania, Brazil, Ghana, Costa Rica, South Africa, Russia and Australia. She is a founder of the African Folk Heritage Circle, a member of the New York Story Exchange, The Storytelling Center, National Association of Black Storytellers and the Harlem Arts Alliance.
